MOUNTAIN TAVERN MEATLOAF
You’d never think of it as just meatloaf again! Try our slowly baked meatloaf and your hooked. Served with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable for $8.95.

PRIME RIB OF BEEF AU JUS (available Thursday thru Sunday)
A 12-14oz. slice of slow roasted prime rib served with au jus and horseradish sauce. Served with potato and vegetable for $15.95.

ENGLISH CUT 8OZ. PRIME RIB (available Thursday thru Sunday)
Try a smaller portion of our prime rib served English Cut. English cut is thinly sliced cuts of our slow cooked prime rib. Served with potato and vegetable for $8.95.

Seafood

BROILED OR BREADED HADDOCK
Icelandic haddock filet broiled in white wine, butter and paprika on an iron skillet or breaded and deep-fried with our special sauce and homemade breading. Served with potato and vegetable for $11.95.
Large portions just too much? Try half a fillet with potato and vegetable for $8.95.

STUFFED HADDOCK
Icelandic haddock filled with jumbo lump crab stuffing then broiled to perfection in lemon, white wine and butter on an iron skillet. Served with potato and vegetable for $15.95.
Smaller portion available potato and vegetable for $8.95.

HADDOCK PROVENCALE
Icelandic haddock covered with fresh garden tomatoes, onions and peppers baked in a white wine and butter sauce. Served with potato and vegetable for $12.95.

JUMBO STUFFED SHRIMP
Fresh broiled large butter-flied shrimp topped with our jumbo lump crab stuffing. Served with potato and vegetable for $15.95.

DEEP FRIED SHRIMP
Jumbo shrimp hand breaded and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with potato and vegetable for $12.95.

Pasta

BOTTOMLESS SPAGHETTI
How much can you eat? Our own Mountain Tavern sauce and a Mountain sized meatballs or sausage links over a plate of spaghetti for $8.95. Additional meatballs or sausage links $1.50.

LASAGNA
Homemade with our Mountain Tavern sauce and layered with prime choice sausage, hamburger and ricotta cheese. Our lasagna is baked in an earth stone pan and served on a piping hot iron skillet for $10.95.

FETTUCCINI WITH ALFREDO SAUCE
Fettuccini covered in our own homemade Alf redo sauce, made using the best pecorino cheese and farm fresh whipping cream for $9.95. Add a small chicken breast or shrimp skewer for $2.75.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
A breast of chicken coated with our homemade breading, seasoned with cheese and Italian seasonings, then topped with provolone cheese and baked to perfection. Served with a side of our famous Mountain Tavern sauce and a side of spaghetti for $10.95.

ITALIAN PORK CHOPS
Pork chops baked with Italian seasoning and served with our Mountain Tavern sauce and a side of spaghetti for $9.95.

Pork & Poultry

HALF RACK OF RIBS
Half rack of ribs dry rubbed with southern spices and slowly cooked over a slow fire for six hours. Try them wet or dry with potato and vegetable for $10.95.

SLOW ROASTED FILLED PORK LOIN (available Thursday to Sunday)
Roasted for hours in our deep oven, seasoned with rosemary and a touch of garlic. Served with filling, mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day for $10.95.

GRILLED TWIN PORK CHOPS
Two pork chops grilled over an open flame. Enjoy them plain, or with a bar-b-que or lemon pepper seasoning. Served with potato and vegetable for $9.95.

CHICKEN, CHICKEN, CHICKEN
A trio of petite breast of chicken grilled over an open flame seasoned with your choices of bar-b-que sauce, teriyaki sauce, old bay seasoning, Montréal seasoning or Cajun seasoning. Served with potato and vegetable for $11.95.

FULL TURKEY DINNER (available Saturday and Sunday)
Turkey dinner served with all the trimmings for $10.50.
